Boca Raton, FL - June 27, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- CBRE announced the sale of an 8,010-square-foot office building in Boca Raton. The two-story building at 140 North Federal Highway was sold for $4.6 million to Lido Realty LLC, a New York-based company. The office building was 100% leased at the time of sale. The main tenant, BB&T, no longer occupies the space but is still obligated to their original 12-year lease. CBRE represented the seller, 140 N. Federal Hwy., LLC.
